When you arrive at Aswan airport or train station for your 4 Day MS Esplanade Nile Cruise, you can be sure that one of a tour representatives and one of our drivers will be standing by to meet you and to assist you in any way they can, and then you will be driven in a clean and modern air-conditioned vehicle to the area where you will be boarding your Nile cruise.
Shortly after embarkation, you will be served your first good lunch on board the vessel, and then you’ll be taken for a short but thoroughly enjoyable tour to see three excellent sites in Aswan.
First you will visit the Aswan High Dam, then you’ll be taken to see the remarkable ancient Temple of Philae, and finally you will visit the gigantic Unfinished Obelisk which today remains laying on its side because the project was never completed.
After your tour your Expert tour guide will escort you back to the cruise ship, and then you will have the reminder of the day to enjoy as you wish. Enjoy your dinner and the first night of your 4 Day MS Esplanade Nile Cruise on the water at Aswan.

Wake up on the tranquil waters of the Nile River and enjoy a good breakfast on the ship, followed by a relaxing cruise towards Kom Ombo. On arrival at Kom Ombo you will be taken to see the magnificent Kom Ombo Temple which was built and devoted to two different mythical gods, Sobek the crocodile god and Horus the falcon-headed god. It is worth noting that our Expert tour guide actually sails with the vessel in order to accompany you and a few of our other clients to the various archeological sites you’ll be visiting during your cruise.
Following your tour of Kom Ombo Temple, you will then make your way back to the cruise ship, and you will have some free time for yourself before lunch is served while you are sailing towards Edfu
When your cruise ship docks at Edfu, you will once again leave the vessel with the other members of your group and your tour guide, and you will be taken to see Egypt’s best-preserved temple, the ancient Temple of Horus in Edfu. After this particular temple was abandoned by the Romans, it was slowly and surely claimed by the desert sand, and for more than two thousand years it remained buried beneath the sand, hence the reason why it is so beautifully well-preserved.
Following your tour to the temple, you will return to the cruise ship and you will have the reminder of the afternoon to yourself to enjoy as you wish. You will be spending this night of your 4 Day MS Esplanade Nile Cruise in your cabin on the water at Edfu.

The third day of your 4 Day MS Esplanade Nile Cruise gets off to quite an early start, so today you will be having your breakfast out on the water while the ship is sailing towards Luxor via Esna.
On arrival at Luxor, you will be taken to see the spectacular Karnak Temple complex and the Luxor Temple located on the Luxor East Bank. Then you will return to the ship where you will be able to enjoy watching an authentic Egyptian Belly Dance show. Apart from the belly dance show, you will have the remainder of this day to yourself and you will be sleeping on the water again, this time in Luxor.

You’ll will then head off to the stunningly beautiful resort town known as the Bay of Marsa Matrouh situated on the Mediterranean coastline. Finally, you will travel to the Siwa oasis where you’ll stay for the night at a really nice hotel, the 4-Star Ghaliet Ecolodge and Spa.

After breakfast at your hotel, your guide and driver will transfer you to large Bahariya Oasis in a 4×4 vehicle. This journey generally takes around six hours, including a stop for lunch. Once you reach the International Hotsprings Hotel where you will stay for the night, you’ll have plenty of time to relax after the long journey, and enjoy a really fine dinner too.
